RSS Offers a scan on demand service which offers you:-
- Instant retrieval of archived files
- Delivery of your files by E-Mail within minutes using mail encryption for sensitive documents
- Original file can be returned to as requested or alternatively if the information is needed urgently we will scan the file and email on to you immediately
Document Indexing - After Scanning
Depending on your needs we can convert all manner of business documents and information into any digital format for easy access.
This is done in 3 simple steps:
1. Document Scanning.
We scan your document (single or double sided) at the touch of a button using our high speed scanners which can take all size pages up to A3
2. Document Indexing
This is the data entry or document details and can be tailored specifically for each client.
3. Document Retrieval:
This is as simple as using 'My Documents' or opening a file on a CD, RSS uses non propriety software for its scanning programme which means no licensing fees for our customer's.
